MISSED PICK UP

Our company strives to provide the same excellent service to each and every one of our customers.  If we have missed a scheduled pickup that was not the result of a blocked container or some other reason beyond our control, please notify us within 48 hours and we will make it right.  We certainly apologize for any missed pickup and subsequent inconvenience this may have caused you.
